NO, the Lucifer we see in the 2018 run is not current Lucifer, it is stories that happened in the past, it's somewhere after Lucifer leaving hell , before Lucifer 2000 run,

Doesn’t make much sense but if you care about statements and every single form of canon, from guidebook/novels/ wiki/ writer words / feats etc it’s ok. There are also canon video games and stuff that come in the dvd for example so I always say check ALL the canon
