Low Mid-High Street Tourney Sign Ups (13/16)

Rules

• 8 points for characters
• 15 Points for perks
• No BFR
• No reality warping
• No time manipulation
• No space manipulation
• Win by incap or death
• No cloning
• Anime/Manga characters get Anime/Manga feats
• Nothing can be done over limits with prep
• Summons are limited to 20 and can not be over 1 pointers
• No insta kill attacks
• TP can not be used to directly attack the opposing team
• Matter manipulation and soul attacks can not be used on the opposing team. It can be allowed on there fodder and summons however.
• Hax will be dealt with on a case by case basis
• Video game and Live Action characters get tie in comic feats
• TK can not be used directly on opponents
• 2 Weeks to reply to your opponent between post

1 Pointers

• Strength: 2 tons
• Durability: Room Level (Should be able to survive an explosion that would destroy a room)
• Speed: Arrow Timing/Deflecting

2 Pointers

• Strength: 5 tons
• Durability: House Level (2-4 stories)
• Speed: Supersonic/Bullet Timer (Mach 1-2)

3 Pointers

• Strength: 15 tons
• Durability: Small Building Level (5-10 stories)
• Speed: Supersonic+/Casual Bullet Timer (Mach 3-4)

4 pointers

• Strength: 25 tons
• Durability: Large Building Level (10-20 stories)
• Speed: Hypersonic (Mach 5-10)

Bonus Gimmick

For every 2 characters on your team that are worth 2 points or less, you get 2 additional perk points.

@panzerx: I'm afraid not. The only reason i allowed Purple Haze is because it needs to be in very close range to use it's ability and Grateful Dread can basically do the same thing from a distance.
