The God of Mischief

Sharingan and Rinnegan variants give various resistance to TP. Naruto characters can transmute themselves, that's a genin level technique, so why would they be be scared of someone else transmuting them when they could simply turn themselves back?

He literally has all of her powers on a higher level and more. He can just snap and she's now snow.

No it's not. That's transformation which hasn't shown the ability to truly take on the attributes of the one you change into to. And you can get it wrong. And someone attacking you dispels it, and so on. Not even close to the same thing.

Its exactly the same thing with the same mechanics. They take on the exact same attributes as the thing they transform into. Of course you can get it wrong just like you can get transmutation wrong, it comes with experience with the technique.

I can provide plenty of examples of why Transmutation isn't really effective against Naruto characters. If Naruto can willingly transform his actual body into a shuriken (which doesn't even have cells, lungs, a heart, etc) and transform himself back, why should someone else being able to transform him into something else worry him?

@hulkage: They only give resistance to ocular Genjutsu and Genjutsu has nothing to do with telepathy to begin with. Even if it did not only would the resistance not be enough against someone like Loki who can enter Odin's mind but Kaguya doesn't even have Rinnegan or Sharingan. She has some wierd fusion of them that has no feats.

Because that's somethjng they willingly do to themselves which presumably doesn't affect their concsious. But it's hard to formulate thoughts when your brain is made of snow.

Nothing there showed him taking the properties of a shuriken. He didn't cut anybody. And Kaguya can't do that so....it doesn't really matter. If Loki turns them into snow, they remain snow because his magic is stronger.

What Dormammu said was ''You DO possess powers of evil nearly equal to mine'' and given the entire context of the story, Dorm was saying that Loki is as evil as him(Hence the motive for their team up). Also, Loki became crazy because of Dormammu's power and took entire months to control it by unknown methods.

Strength

Being a Frost Giant, and raised by Asgardians, Loki is pretty damn strong.

Silver Surfer claims that Loki has enough power to destroy a planet. Note that this instance was right after Loki beat Pre-Annihilation Surfer in a fight.

Loki slaps, and then backhands Masterson Thor in to unconsciousness.

Loki destroys a building, just by punching it.

Loki casually rips open a steel door.

Out of anger, Loki destroys a few boulders with his bare hands.

Speed

Loki is exceptionally quick for being an Asgardian.

Loki flies out in to space, then back to Earth, at light speeds.

Loki also creates a machine that traps Ice Man and teleports him back to Asgard.

After capturing Ice Man, Loki utilizes Bobby's powers in a diabolical way.

Skill

Being an Asgardian, Loki is well trained as a warrior.

Loki disarms Lady Sif using a wooden stick.

Loki, single-handedly, defeats an army of Disir.

Surtr

Loki's weapon of choice.

Loki can summon Surtr at will.

Surtr is capable of blasts powerful enough to knock Thor on his ass.

Surtr is also powerful enough to break regular swords with just one blow.

While Loki is not as skilled as Thor, Surtr makes it up for him in power.

Gram

The sword of truth, and the whip that goes with it, Loki's other preferred weapon.

Loki, with Gram, prepares to fight the army of Disir.

Energy Manipulation

Everything from this section on is where Loki truly shines.

Loki can create force fields around any object he desires.

Loki's energy is powerful enough to blast away an entire X-Men team with one finger and the Thor Corps with both hands.

Dr. Strange has never encountered a being so powerful.

Even in his Astral Form (which is a fraction of Loki's power), Dr. Strange feared for his life.

Loki creates a force field around Thor to protect him during battle.

Galactus' barriers aren't enough to hold Loki back.

Loki reads Odin's mind to obtain information he needs. Note that Odin was in his Odinsleep, so he was essentially defenseless here.
