Loki can and has gone intangible, as well as had his head removed before, so Loki definitely can. He's also half god, half ice giant, so not sure his blood can be frozen or not.

@emmafrostxmen: by your same argument Loki can just transmute both into snow. Do they have resistance to being turned into snow? Your speed of thought argument is paltry find me the times Jean and Storm have done these things and find me the speed they did it at. Thor and Loki have both shown hax resistance before due to their nature as magical beings/gods. Beings like Malekith which they match up to on the daily are way more lethal “with a thought” than either Jean or Storm would be. Loki being frozen from the inside is even more hilarious given he’s a frost giant.
