IIRC, Relic pretty much soloed all the Lanterns corps without breaking a sweat. I see no reason why he doesn't stomp.

Apparently the lanterns couldn't do much to lobo either.

Relic beats the Lanterns due to his technology geared towards manipulating emotional spectrum energy which is no use here, the only thing he have over Lobo is size.
