Live Action Venom vs MCU Captain America

Round 1:

None of them are holding back, Cap has all the equipment as shown in Age of Ultron, and has feats from Age of Ultron and previous films.((Civil War is not out yet so no feats/equipment from that film as shown in trailers will be used)) and obviously Venom's only feats/abilities can be the ones shown in Spiderman 3.

Round 2:

Fist fight, no pinning/moving away from cap with the symbiote or cap using his shield and other weapons/

Add all the street level heroes from MCU and AoS so Eddie has more to one-shot.

I feel Cap has more impressive showings, since Venom didn't have a lot of screen time.

Am I missing something here? Eddie only fought Peter with Sandman's help, and the one time he tried to 1v1 him was after Flint beat Peter damn near to unconsciousness. In fact all he really did that whole encounter was blindside Peter and he still got outreacted and defeated. I don't see how anyone can come to the conclusion that Eddie was on par with Spider-Man considering all Peter had going against him.

@juiceboks: They actually were fighting before sandman ever joined in, in which Venom showed to be faster and stronger than peter.

They fought for less than 15 seconds while freefalling and all Venom did was get a couple hits in and kick Peter away while he was distracted trying to get the symbiote off of him. I don't see how that's definitive evidence of Eddie's superior stats especially considering Peter flat out outreacted and knocked him away towards the end of the fight despite the beating he took from Flint.

@juiceboks: Well for starters, Venom did get some good hits in, Peter got no hits in aside from that push kick, and not to mention Venom was able to easily Incapacitate Harry

@no_one_expects_the_silver_surf: Venom only landed three blows on Peter. The punch he used the momentum from Peter pulling him to land, then he did the same to Peter, and while dazed from that he hit him once more. He had the upperhand sure but I don't think that's enough to say he's all around more physically capable than Peter. At best he'd be considered more durable, and Peter incapped Harry a similar way when he actually stopped running from him and tried to fight.

@juiceboks: well really my point is here that they are physically compareable, it doesn't matter much to me who is stronger. My point is that venom is on a similar level to Peter therefore he is most certainly capable of beating MCU Cap

Venom. He was beating the shit out of an experienced Spiderman, who had far superior durability feats to Cap. He's also much stronger, faster and all round more powerful. Huge mismatch.
