Live Action Street Tier Tournament R1 : DC77 vs Red-Devil

Not getting into a character intro because everyone knows who he is. One small thing though , he was trained by Talia Al Ghul , the same lady who gave Oliver training during the flashbacks as-well. He has been shown to be , as-skilled a fighter as Oliver in CQC and is a top tier marksman with his arrows and "throwing stars".

He is pretty strong and can be easily classified as a peak-human ,

• Link , easily tackles Oliver across a room with one hand. Stephen Amell is 83 kilos add in the weight of the suit , this is just a starting feat.
• Link , overpowers and takes down Tobias Church , who was a near peak-human himself.
• Link , throws Oliver down a set of stairs.
• Link , kicks Oliver through a thick Wooden wall.
• Link , overpowers Vigilante and throws him off a roof.

These scans clearly represents Adrian's peak human strength.

Skill :

• Link , takes down Evelyn Sharp pretty quickly , it's to be noted that Evelyn at this point was being trained by Oliver.
• Link 1 , Link 2 , Link 3 , skilled enough to go toe-to-toe and keep up with Oliver himself.It's to be noted that in Scan 2 and 3 Oliver wasn't holding back , which makes his skill even more impressive.

Those are about it , but they clearly establish how skilled he is in CQC and can fight fair with the most skilled of fighters in the Arrowverse. Although Ollie eventually gained the upper hand in the third fight , but the fact that Adrian could keep up with him for that amount of time is pretty impressive.

Speed :

• Link , evades gun fire from Vigilante , who was a pretty good gunman himself.
• Link , reacts to an Arrow from Oliver , who was only a few feet away.
• Link , dodges an arrow from Artemis , who was a few meters away.
• Link , cuts an arrow in half with a shooting star.

He is basically a casual arrow-timer , and this should be pretty effective in a CQC fight against Nolan Ra's or Batman.

• Link , hits the gun in the guys hand with a shooting star while jumping of a roof.
• Link 1 , Link 2 , perfectly hits the lady and Tobias Church in the neck with his "shooting stars". They were both a few feet away from him.
• Link , hit a guard in the eye with a pen , the guard was atleast a few meters away.
• Link , Calculated miss on Evelyn to hit the picture of Oliver behind her.
• Link , before killing Church he takes out a dozen of Police Officers with just his arrows. Although it mostly happens off-screen , but the fact that he takes out that many Police officers in a span of 24 seconds with just his Arrows is still pretty impressive. Link.

These scans show how impressive impressive his accuracy is and how deadly his shooting stars , blades and arrows are. His weapons and accuracy will be a major factor in this fight.

There are not many scans in this section , but lets see ,

• Link , tanks multiple hits from a pissed of Oliver , who is above peak human in terms of striking/strength.
• Link , only flinches from being shot in the shoulder , this shows he has a certain degree of damage soak.

Those showings are pretty impressive , showing his durability and damage soak and how that can be an important factor. His suit can also casually tank Steel arrows , which gives him an added durability too.

Meh , Frank needs no introduction. One thing though , he was a Marine and Marines are better trained in CQC than other soldiers and even special forces. Frank also uses a few moves of his own.

Frank is also a peak-human character ,

• Link , throws a thug a few feet away and into a small wooden table , breaking it.
• Link , kicks a locked bathroom door open with ease.
• Link , slams a woman through a wooden bathroom wall.
• Link , stuns Daredevil with his hits.
• Link 1 , Link 2 , staggers Wilson Fisk with his hits , while being hand-cuffed. (His hits stunned Fisk more than Daredevil).
• Link , takes out Rawlin's eye with a single punch and it takes three soldiers to hold him back.
• Link , slams a guys head through a sink.
• Link , snaps a prisoner's neck with ease.

These clearly establish how good his strength/striking is and his hits should be more than capable of damaging either Ra's or Batman.

Frank's durability and damage soak is something that aids him a lot in his fights , which is pretty much a major factor when it comes to fighting him.

• Takes around 20 punches in an Army Camp Pain Tolerance test.
• Takes many hits from Russian Bodybuilders.
• Takes dozens of cuts then goes on to slaughter all of Russo's men.
• Tanks 3 hits from Fisk.
• Takes a more extended beatdown from Fisk.
• Gets kicked off of a water tower then goes on to give Daredevil a good fight.
• Gets tortured by the Irish Mob, and is able to fight after.
• Shrugs off falling through a glass ceiling and taking a large fall.
• Shrugs off multiple hits and a spin-kick from Daredevil .
• Still keeps fighting and is able to fight after 2 Taser Shots and a Tranquilizer Dart.
• Regularly shrugs off gunshots.

These scans show how durable he is and even if he is damaged his damage soak just allows him to keep fighting and he kinda gets even more aggressive as-well.

Then there is his Punisher suit , which can easily tank bullets from pistols , assault-riffles and semi's at close range. The suit gives him added durability , especially from weapons like bullets etc.

He is a pretty skilled fighter as well ,

• Link , easily takes out a cop and disarms him.
• Link , takes out an Anvil agent with ease , those agents were trained to be Spec Ops level.
• Link , disarms Billy Russo , who was a highly trained Marine as well.
• Link , keeps up with Billy Russo , even tho Billy was using a knife.
• Link , after taking a huge beating from Russo's men , he slaughters them all even though he was badly injured. Russo's men were all trained gangsters.
• Link , after taking a few hits from Daredevil , he gets up and puts Daredevil down for 4-5 seconds.
• Link , the same fight from the previous scan , he keeps up with Frank for quite some time , although Matt eventually puts him on his ass , Frank was rather fine. The next episode Matt stated that , Frank was good and was a legit challenge for him.
• Link , keeps up with 3 highly trained Assassins and eventually puts them down. Notice that two of them were attacking him at once , and he kept up just fine and he was also at disadvantage , because he was unarmed and they had knives.
• Link , takes on 6 inmates unarmed and eventually kills them all. Notice he was attacked by more than one inmate on two instances and he still didn't get tagged.
• Link , his second fight with Daredevil and he easily keeps up with him for for over two minutes before eventually dropping him through a roof. Notice he even disarms Matt during the fight.

These scans show how good he in H2H combat and he should be able to keep up with either Ra's or Bruce.

Although he fought Early-S2 Matt , but he was pretty skilled and fast as-well.

• Link , snipes a cartel member from across the US-Mex border. In real life the distance is 1.8 kilometers.
• Link , guns down 6 Bounty hunters in 2 seconds with a pistol.
• Link , perfectly hits Matt in the mask , so that he only gets KO'd and doesn't die.
• Link , perfectly shots a guy in the neck with a M249. The recoil and fire-rate of a M249 makes impossible to get a proper hit , even if used by the best gun-men. Frank gets a neck-shot with just two shots.
• Link , shoots a Molotov with a M16. He was several meters away from the two guys throwing the Molotov.
• Link , pulls off 3 consecutive head-shots in 2 seconds.

He is "by feats" the best gunman in MCU , by far and his efficiency and accuracy with guns will be a major factor in this fight.

My perks are ,

• Kevlar Vest. (For Adrian).
• 1 hour prep on battlefield.
• Unlimited Ammo (No reload).(For Frank).

Frank's suit is already bulletproof and giving Chase a Kevlar vest increases his suit's durability. Then both Frank and Chase have been shown to to have good prep on battlefield , like the Basement Scene from Punisher Season 1 , where he basically set up the entire place with explosives and guns to take out Russo's men who were well trained Spec Ops. Prometheus perfectly set up the place where he fought Oliver in S5 Ep 16. With 1 hour prep on the Battlefield , they can just place charges/bombs , hide guns etc. in different parts of the warehouse and just use them when needed and prep will also give them good knowledge of the Battlefield allowing the plan the fight properly. Unlimited ammo and no-reload will give Frank an advantage , although his reload speed is pretty good , put no reload will save some time allowing him to just keep firing. Your perks can be a problem , 2 Hand Ninjas are a threat , but as we have seen Frank could just shoot them and given his accuracy he can do that with ease and so could Prometheus. I don't know about Remoraths , so I will wait for you to show how good they are.
