Can't speak for Legends, but in canon I imagine Kit is the best duelist between his fight with Grievous and hanging with Palpatine alongside Windu longer than the other councilors - I can't see him dying the same way Billaba did, and I'm not really familiar with Kolar outside of his worse performance against Palps.

R1: Fisto clearly. He has the best feats and statements out of all of them.

R2: It's a difficult fight between Fisto and Deepa. Kolar falls behind a bit compared to these two, but I favor Fisto all around

I imagine fisto for all. His performance against Grevious should put him above either by a good margin. The Sidious one is a bonus but it really just shows his reaction speed.
