This is a good matchup but I think Lightning Got Kaguya beat in so many regards. This is insane, she's massively FTL able to create universes over dying ones, defeated god, created Earth. She took Etro's place therefore she has all of her powers now, she can even turn people into crystal zombies now if she wants or just wipe them out via time manipulation now. Etro could control time, basically all the powers Etro has she has.

Lightning 10/10 Creative mode the narutoverse. Okay maybe I being a jerk but come on! She has Etro's time manipulation powers now after becoming the new Goddess of Death, create a new universe over the old one, and prevented the living one from being consumed ALONG WITH THE SOULS OF THE WHOLE FUCKING UNIVERSE. She will just resurrect herself and basically lock Kaguya in a dimension if she wishes. She's basically God.
She controls both light and darkness, Time and Space. She Etro, Pulse, Lindzei along with Bhunivelze in one. Even Kaguya pales in comparison to a lone high-level Fal'cie.
With that said she wins all rounds.
