@rhysdurden: I'm pretty sure this is meant to be Superman/Luthor and Iron Man/Doom.
@amendment50: oh, alright then.
Round 1 is anyone's guess, round 2 Lex should have better raw strength feats. I barely recall Victor having any in the new armor. But Doom flat out stomps round 3 given how he performed against Mephisto or how he can casually BFR anyone to any place he desires which he has employed in combat at least twice against Iron Man and the Thing.
Round 1: Doom
Round 2: Lex
Round 3: Doom
Round 1: Doom MURDERSTOMPS
Roun 2: Lex Luthor, but he will have to work for it
Round 3: Doom, but Lex will make him fight for it
@hoboswagginssidekick: ^ This.
@mister_surreal: what about it
@hoboswagginssidekick: I agree.
@mister_surreal: oh, cool. Thanx
Round 1: Doom
Round 2: Lex
Round 3: Doom
lex all 3
Doom wins rounds 1 and 3. He's an excellent fight and is comparable to daredevil, cap, black panther, etc. Lex takes round 2 due to having a stronger suit
How does Lex have a "stronger suit" you do realise he'd taken offence from some fairly beefy threats, right?
@professorrespect: In terms of strength, lex's suit just seems to be superior. Doom's is often weaker than guys like thing, while lex's is typically comparable to kryptonians, lanterns, etc. I'm not as familiar with lex as I am with doom, but his suit just seems to have better physical stats
@mcflicky: Being weaker than Thing is a issue now? Regardless, Doom's suit has been able to overpower guys like Blastaar, subdued Joe Fixit, Thor, Extremis Iron Man, foddered Super Apes, overpowered a trap intended for Iron Man 2020, etc etc. Lex on the other hand is sub-Superman by stats and usually gets the upper-hand via exploiting weaknesses.
@professorrespect: Doom never overpowered Joe Fixit or some of those guys you listed. He blasted him with a device which caused him to have a muscle spasm.

Overpowered him with tech like Lex does in all of his fights, yeah.
Random Lex suit oneshotted amped Sinestro, let's be clear Doom needs magic to match Luthor. Pure stats, Luthor stomps
@professorrespect: I would say it's a problem. Thing is really strong, but I wouldn't place him on the level of superman. Also, I can't recall an instance of doom physically overpowering thor or fixit. He has using weapons in the suit, but not its raw strength. If he could, then I'd be inclined to agree with you. But those weapons don't matter in round 2 since it's hand to hand with armor. Doom has better weapons and systems in his armor, which is why I said he would round 3.
@mcflicky: Hand to hand means still Doom considering he's overpowered the names above. Lex is still sub Superman level by stats, he's never really gone beyond that.
@professorrespect: You'll have to show me an instance of him physically overpowering thor or joe fixit. But iirc, that's never happened. I never said Luthor's suit is above superman.

I never said he overpowered Fixit, but the scans are all here if you wish to look through them.
How strong can Lex be then, if he can't even beat Superman?
@professorrespect: I was already aware of most of that. Like I said, most of that was done with various weapons, energy blasts, etc. which isn't relevant for round 2. As far as I'm concerned, fighting superman >> fighting thing. Even without the use of kryptonite or shields, one of lex's suits was able to tank a few hits from a sun dipped superman, he slapped around supergirl, and batman in a prototype war suit manhandled sinestro.
@mcflicky: So have you looked at any of the strength showings? All you've given me thus far is "well one of his suits randomly did this in a instance I didn't cite" which is a bit of a drop in the bucket compared to the wealth of info I've given yourself.
@professorrespect: I was already aware of most of the strength feats. And I already said I'm a lot more familiar with doom than I am with lex, so there's not a lot I can give on his part. Lex's suit just seems to be more physically impressive than doom's and he's able to consistently fight stronger opponents without relying on weapons, energy shields, and the like.
The round anyone cares about is 3 and honestly I dont see Lex having anything on Doom. Dooms suit is ridiculously OP and when enhanced with Sorcery its just absurd. Very powerful beings dont even give Lex Luthor a single thought but Thanos himself has thought to check in on Dr. Doom from time to time, thats how powerful he is. Doom has tangoed with top tier beings and has himself become a top tier being more times than I can remember only to lose it due to PIS, CIS nonsense. Even in the first 2 rounds Doom wins I think, he's defeated BP, with his suit depowered, H2H before and BP is literally top 5 in Marvel in H2H. He bested Krang in swordsmanship and on and on. I believe Doom is just in another tier comparatively, he even beats Lex in his own game. Straight up intelligence. Doom, Sweep.
@picallo3798: Thanos checks in on Doom because he's looking at a psychopathic incel with intelligence rivaling himself. Lex Luthor on the other hand makes deals with Darkseid, Sinestro, entire teams of villians, because he has social skills. Friends. If Lex was in Marvel he'd be shaking hands with Thanos, get the VIP treatment, while Doom wouldn't even get past security
