Legendary Godzilla has the same height as Godzilla Earth
Legendary Godzilla vs Godzilla Earth
Legendary has better durability and, seeing how he was able to hurt Ghidorah, a monster equal or superior to him, better attack power. Earth G can disrupt Legendary's Atomic Breath via EMP though, but I'm pretty sure in close quarter fight he is significantly inferior. Legendary should win this.
Size equalizing actually gives Earth an advantage, since at the original size Earth would still weight only slightly more than Legendary and would risk being constantly off-balanced, having his bodyparts broken by an opponent who is much smaller, but is much more dense due to similar mass, and also generally have trouble with tagging smaller Legendary (IIRC Earth is pretty bloody slow).
Equalize size hinders Legendary, not help him. As big as Earth is he is only 10,000 tons more. So in a sense super large but easy to knock over.
The force field is the biggest question. In the first film the mechs could not get on Godzilla untill the field was down. They also seem surprise Ghidorah could bite him with field up too. Yet we see clearly the field does not stop Earth GZ from touching his feet to the ground or move even the trees in his path. The field did not stop nanometal pouring on his legs and traping him.
So I feel Legendary should hand to hand fine.
Earth powerful atomic blast and tail swipes are also likely to charge legendary up rather than hurt him
How much power has the atomic breath of Godzilla Earth?
I've seen that it has more to do with electricity
Godzilla earth still stomps
