This is difficult to decide, since Lee has been dead for 8 years. We do not know what kind of shape, he would be in if he was alive today. Clementine is now an accomplished survivalist at using stealth, strategy, marksmanship with guns and bows, physical tough enough to go hand to hand combat, with a veteran soldier like Lilly 6+ feet in height. Lee managed to survive for hours in savannah after he got bit, and killed dusins of zombies with a meat clever before he found Clementine. This could go either way from what i have seen, i have only played a little of "the last of us".
