This battle could go to anybody really. In terms of hax law holds a massive advantage and without knowledge erza and Kenny are pretty much screwed.
Kenny would kill law with or without sword contact if he hits(his air pressure alone sliced and island sized meteor in half. Erza could tank his air pressure swings I believe due to her sema feats which is damn impressive but I highly doubt she could tank a direct contact of his sword or at worst he goes bankai.
Anyways with knowledge, I see it going to either Kenny or erza. Kenny winning here with an overwhelming physicals, erza comes close(in physicals) but only to his shikai she got nothing against his bankai, while erza holds a massive speed advantage due to her feat she got from sema(anybody thinking sema isn't at least subrel got a problem).
But without knowledge I see law taking it very highdiff cuz laws pretty much glass canon in a battle BTW monsters like this and any hit from them would kill him high instantly.
