Depends on who use their special abilities first. Killua in Godspeed mode is faster but that wouldn't help a bit if Lancer activate Gae Bolg.

Lancer wins.

Cool, two of my all time favorite anime characters.

Lancer takes this with ease. His speed outclasses Kil's by quite a bit, and Kil has no counter to Gae Bolg. Even without using its abilities, the spear can cut him to bits. If Lancer uses either of its named attacks the fights over.

Lancer with minimal diffculty if not under seal.

Killua, tbh. Once Lancer tries to use his NP, Killua will stunlock him. Whirlwind allows one to move at the slightest hint of hostility. Killua gets in the first hit and that's that.
