Jason is just a big dumb hulk who's really hard to keep down. He's no match for someone like Deathstrike, who is infinitely more dangerous and competent than any opponent he's ever faced.

Been said, but Lady Deathstrike. Adamantium and the best cybernetics money can buy beat definitely trump a machete and rotting flesh. Deathstrike would pick him apart in under 10 seconds.

No Jason will not beat lady Death Strick because Lady Death Strike is.

1) Not a Stupid Teenager
2) Is Made of Adimantium (so therefore she unbreakable)
3) Has a healing factor in par to Wolverine's
4) Is a master of several different Martial Arts
5) Is keen and knows her surroundings better than most (she has good tactical advantages)
6) Is a cold hearted killer just like Vorhees




Jason's has  1 good advantage.

1) Semi-immortality

the secondary advantages would be:

1) can not feel pain
2) cold blooded killer
3) can seem to teleport eventhough he is walking, while you run and look back he's in front of you.
4) has strength probably in par to Green Goblin


His weakness are:

1) slow
2) dumb
3) can be injured eventhough he can't feel
4) can not heal (but he can come back)
5) His choices of weapons are vulnerable to being broken
