Fight takes place in Gotham City. Morals on. Battle is won by KO or death.

Round 1- Captain America doesn't have his shield.

Round 2- Captain America has his shield.

If it's movie versions, Lady Deathstrike. Comic versions, not sure, for sure Deathstrike for Round 1, not sure about Round 2.
