Poll Kyle Katarn vs Meetra Surik (10 votes)
Jedi Exile vs Jedi Outcast. Both at peak.

I think Kyle at his peak borderline stomps based on scaling. Luke considered him potentially Vader level back in 11ABY and he was able to give Caedus a decent fight

I think that's a buke comparison at this point.
Prime Kyle should defeat Meetra after a very good fight. If only video-game feats were to apply then I'd favour Meetra.

If Kyp had fallen to the dark side, he could become another Darth Vader. Perhaps even worse…

Wow, this is a really good match. I'll slightly favour Meetra.
@decaf_wizard The quote you've given is talking about Kyp Durron, not Kyle.

Ummmmm...
@bane_train: I am stupid and tired.......................
Don't mind me. I got 4 hours of sleep last night and am just going to kindly exit this thread now but will drop this quote too, directly putting Kyle above an incarnation of Luke
He[Viun Gaalan] was good; Luke gave him that. He might have been a match for an expert swordsmaster such as Kyp or Kyle Katarn. He would have been too much for a comparatively diffident duelist such as Cilghal, or even Luke as he had been back at Sinkhole Station, at low ebb in physical and mental strength.

That is true, but Luke's low ebbs, can get very bad. Luke being injured is a somewhat overused plot device designed to weaken him in combat situations. In Children of the Jedi, a bunch of Gamorreans shot at him and beat him because he was injured by his ship crashing just before then. This is years after defeating Palpatine. Mindset when using the Force can literally move people up or down a few tiers. For Luke, it's enough to differentiate the most powerful Jedi's augmentation in history to just being a bit above the level that a peak human would operate at. It's that much of a game changer.
