She could stop at Tarrlok

Don't see why any waterbender from Kya downwards shouldn't beat her if they get inside the big lake and keep range from a distance like in the middle of it.

Without that happening tho and them needing to keep a standard battle distance, she should reach pre-fusion Unalaq and would most likely stop there. He has the combat speed to keep up with her, good offense/defense skills and power advantage

If the waterbenders can get to the water fast enough, Kuvira can stop as early as 3. Otherwise, she stops at 9-10

She stops at Ming due to an urban environment benefiting Mings agility and the surplus of water. I also think MH matches well into Kuvira due to her ariel fighting style and small frame being a hard target for Kuvira, as well as her lack of limbs.

Regardless, 10 up beat her, potentially 9 as well due to power but I would favour Kuvira there.

Eh, she stops at Roku. Ming could win if she plays her cards right, but Kuvira has enough metal here to pull a majority imo. Past Ming she loses.

Narrowly beats Pakku, could go either way with Ming-Hua - but still loses to Roku and onwards if she makes it past 9 and 10.

stops at unalaq. even if not def stops at ming hua maybe even pakuu.

everyone after unalaq imo she loses to.

especially by the time she gets to PF unalaq. he should be here katara is.
