FT guild members are in their prime each not obligatory after the time skip and Ichigo has a crap load of feats in weaker forms for us to judge him by so I don't see what you are getting at.

Makarov was kicking up tsunamis in Titan. Pre-TS Erza destroyed half an island. A timeskip after that, she could drill holes through mountains with her weaker armors and was enduring attacks that was blowing chunks out of her body. Laxus is city level. Lucy has CSK who wrecks islands with a swing of his sword. Gajeel/Natsu has a mountain level roar. Gildarts destroys mountains with a punch.

Most of the FT is irrelevant fodder. Only the top few will present a fight and they lack the speed feats to contend.

Ichigo one shot the verse , lol , but seriously , he have SK lv reatsu , so i dont think that the ft team can come too close to him , we saw what happened to the shinigamis who come to close to Aizen , and he stated that woud happen even to kyoraku if he come to close , and Ichigo and Aizen stated to have SK lv reatsu (but at least comparable to SK Ywach) , if SK lv reatsu can earse someone like EOS Kyoraku , then noone in the FT verse have a chance .

Damn Fairy Tail getting some love. Fairy Tail team wins. Erza, Natsu, Laxus and Mirajane wrecks his day. His Reitsu is a non factor. Ichigo never showed the ability to soul crush...like ever. Either way, it's not affecting anyone here. Erza has a more impressive meteor busting feat than Kenpachi, considering she was on death's door, launched herself at least 100 ft in the air with only her right hand and oneshots (all of her bones were broken). Ichigo is dead here. Wont be a stomp per se, but he loses non the less

Ichigo takes this fairly easily. I mean he's waaaay faster than most if not all of the FT guild here and at the very least is Island level+ in power. Sorry but fairy tail team isnt all too impressive compared to ichigo. I mean in dangai he was able to tank a multi mountain level fragor. His true shikai was stated to be at the same level as dangai and with the 10x multiplier with bankai boost he is definitely waay stronger than any of the FT guild members not to mention faster than all of them too.

Ichigo should be solidly faster than anyone in the guild, as well as more durable and much stronger. I could see some hax being an issue, but if he tries to end it quickly then it will happen.

Ft should win their extremely underestimated

fairy tail wins 45/15. maybe ichigo could take out natsu and beat him but he's definitely not taking out the entire guild. mismatch in favor of fairytail (just because current ichigo got additional feats, that doesn't necessarily give him this much huge power amps, most likely not)

Bleach as a verse has stupendous speed advantage above FT and Naruto alike. With speed left unequalized Ichigo will probably just statue the guild. With speed equalized however, then Ichigo is in trouble and has to take things mega seriously.
