Man this one is a hard one to decide but my bets are on the Xenomorph because of its acid blood and while Kraven may have fought against Spider-Man but Kraven has never fought against anything like the Xenomorph before. That's my opinion

he's also fought both kaine and agent venom
Other than his one time Savage Land poisons, Venom would have stomp him, and Kaine also stomp him. If a character beats you consistently, I dont think its worth to bring up.

Kraven uses poisons in almost every encounter.
Yet those poisons never made Spider Man a weak little bitch like they did Venom. Venom has healed and withstood every known form of damage, even viral ones, yet some poisons from Kraven negated all this for... reasons? It was PIS at its best.

While he isn't as strong or durable as someone like Spider-Man he consistently gives trouble to people like him while they're serious so it is an impressive feat like it or not.Whether or not Kraven beats a Xenomorph I don't know or care about.
@sirfizzwhizz: Well Flash was being hunted/fighting Kraven for days. So that could have been a factor. It was stated in venom #3 Flash was 24 hours past his time limit he could wear the symbiote before the military would hit the kill switch (which is 48 hours). So Kraven could have been hunting/fighting venom for 72 hours.

I mean I guess if we are talking hand to hand? He is a spider-man villain. He did fight the hulk but that involved using various traps and prep like adamantium fish hooks.
