@lordflawlez: GOW4 Kratos isn't the most powerful.It's old and not as agressive as before.Also in the past games he was always at Spartan Rage and now he controls it.He has made himself less powerful to teach properly Atreus.

You see that's where u got it wrong, you mistake rage for power and its not

For example holy Ryu (for lack of a better name)is more powerful than dark Ryu who feeds off rage who is more powerful than base Ryu

Kratos at this stage is in a similar state to holy Ryu. I'll tell you why

Norse Kratos is a full god and is fully immortal, that is he can't die now unlike Greek Kratos who can die but can't stay dead

Norse Kratos has wolverine like healing factor right now while old Kratos can't heal in battle

Norse Kratos, summon meteors, hailstorm and can slow down time easily anytime he likes, Greek Kratos can't do that

So if there was a fight between New Kratos v Greek Kratos. Norse Kratos would win easily. Why?

@lordflawlez: Using logic if old Kratos has Healing factor young Kratos should have too.Maybe they just not show that.And the time manipulation is gameplay.I mean, Kratos can't manipulate time, he isn't that extremely powerful.I know he has a rune to slow time but that's is only gameplay.

Also GOW 3 had magic what makes him more powerful than the current Kratos.

Young Kratos does not have healing because he was only half God then and was not immortal

Current Kratos is a full God and fully immortal. He isn't dying and coming back he just outright can't die now. He is cursed to live forever now that's there's no hades

Kratos has power over time now, how is that hard for you to understand? Saying Kratos can't manipulate time and it's all gameplay is pretty much bull crap as cutscene Kratos has always been more powerful than gameplay Kratos

So if Kratos can use it gameplay wise, imagine what he can do with it in a cutscene.

If it's in his arsenal then he definitely can use it. Don't understand where your logic is coming from

Kratos isn't inmortal, in fact, he is aging and as you could see in the game, he would die.Probably in the next game by Thor.So he isn't inmortal.Baldur was inmortal but Kratos isn't.

Also Kratos doesn't have the power to manipulate time.Do you know what this mean?He isn't doc manhattan or Thanos with the ig man, he is powerful but just a mid tier.You are just overrating him because you like him.I also like him but his strenght is equal or less than Baldur and he struggles to kill Trolls or Dragons that arent very impressive.

If you are talking about the last painel in the prophecies, where it shows Atreus and someone that ressemble Kratos dead, I don't think that is Kratos, it doesn't match with the others pictures of Kratos in the prophecies mural

About Kratos immortality, I think it is just like Thor from Marvel, he ages, but at a slower rate

Rune king thor got other powers from runes. Kratos got other powers from his talisman which includes time manipulation

Current kratos literally lacks speed since he was getting blitzed by baldur several times.

Current kratos struggle to take Lightning from modi and young one has take Zeus lightning several times.

Young kratos reacted to teleporter when they were spamming teleportation constantly, react to Zeus thunderbolt which is mentioned faster than normal lighting.

Old kratos can manipulate time, so can young kratos.

Old kratos is same strong and durable as young one but he lacks speed and the varieties young kratos have.
