Knuckle and shoot (Hunterxhunter) vs Neji and lee (Naruto)

Could go either way with these conditions

either of the Hunters wins.

Knucle was stronger than Gon in terms of H2h, Gon had physicals enough to shatter and explode a 2-3m boulder back during the Greed island arc, it would take Rock lee using gates to even reach such level much and that was when Gon and Killua were just learning nen.

Its been awhile but if a remember correctly. Even while weighted Lee appeared to be on another level than a Sasuke that could react to people a whole lot faster than Knuckle and Shoot. He'd at the very least be noticeably faster than Knuckle. But by feats should be faster than Shoot.

Neji has always been a beast. Even at Chunin Exam levels he had the skills of a Jonin but not the physicals and experience needed to back it up. Also his overconfidence in his abilities and arrogance held him back. There have been multiple references in Boruto related content that confirm this. As he had a grasp of Hyuga techniques and the Byakugan that Hinata still doesn't have now. Basically as far as prodigies are concerned he makes Sasuke look like what Part 1 Naruto appeared to be (because in reality he was a prodigy too but I digress). Anyways the point is we don't really know how much stronger he was during the first Retrieval Arc. Yeah he was stronger and not held back by his older personality and perspective on the world. But by how much? Either way his attack speed should still be way above Knuckle and Shoot's. Either have no way to get past the Rotation. Naruto amped with Kurama Chakra didn't get through it. I don't see how Knuckle is supposed to land a hit period. Especially when Neji is fighting alongside Lee. Maybe Shoot could exploit a blindspot IF he knew there was one lol. Kidomaru needed CS2, a small army of giant Spiders, and a way to negate the Rotation in order to both find and exploit it so good luck lol.
