Kizaru is island level at best unless you have feats to say otherwise. Juubi could tank it's own bijuu bomb, which is above country level, Obito is stronger than that. Kizaru has absolutely no way of dealing damage to him. zero chance. and saying Genjutsu only works on chakra users is like saying any Shinigami from bleach automatically stomps one piece characters since humans can't see Shinigami.

but even if you play that card. Logia's can be affect by their own elements & the truth seeking orb is composed of Light, meaning his intangibility wouldn't hold up. so either way you cut it, Kizaru gets one shotted here.
