Apparently you are the one who doesn't know how her punches work. It is not like gentle fist that attacks with chakra. She uses chakra control to amplify her punching power, and striking power equals speed x mass, so sucking the chakra on impact wouldn't stop the force of the initial punch, it would only hamper her driving force afterwords. Basically it would weaken the follow through of the punch, but not the initial impact.
Also when has he absorbed an attack that quick? If Tsunade flew through his super shark bomb jutsu, then yeah, should would be drained, but he isn't going to instantly drain her in the nano second he gets hit. Look what happened with V2 Bee. He got mortally wounded in one blow and would have died if Samehada didn't save him.

Kisame wont tank jack sh#t from tsunade, hirudora didn't directly hit him either, his own giant shark bomb was slammed against the hirudora before it reached him.... He didn't take the full brunt of it.
I agree Kisame isn't tanking anything from Tsuande and never said he would. I said "take", not "tank". And he only probably survives due to his regen. If he doesn't have samehada he loses. And I actually might lean Tsuande now, though I think this fight is very close.
