Deadpool would definitely win a sword fight. He's waaay more agile, and just a much better swordsman than Fisk. Plus, he has a healing factor, which allows him to take risks a lot of Kingpin's usual opponents couldn't.

His character has been downplayed from the eighties! He was taking on the Red Skull, DD and Spidey! He was more of a beast, and could hold his own physically! Yes, technically, he is still the same KP, but just not portrayed as strong/powerfull physically! "
