Let's face it, there is many who wish to rule the world, or their chunk of it. But non in Marvel seem to have more success than The Mandarin. How in hell can the little guys ever hope to dominate the world? Ever! Well, time to put that theory to the test. The villains who wish to rule the world vs the main man of stats and power. Current red skull has professor X's tp. Can Mandarin stand up to that?

I need feats for Mandarin, but even then I think the guy is street level from scans I have seen of him. So, the team should have this, especially as they have TP.

@sirfizzwhizz: Well actually he surgically put Xaviers brain in his own head iirc. So he literally has Xavier's TP. Not sure about feats though.

Not an impressive feat but I love this scene. He probably lacks feats but since it is Charles' brains all of professor X's feats should apply.

Only because its to easy for him now. Red skull has always been a major player. Pretty sure he has come closer to world domination than Mandarin....I remember during the acts of vengeance saga both Mandarin and Red Skull were present:

Later in the same issue it was stated by Lackey that red skull was there as one of his elites. Just because Red Skull isn't as powerful as the mandarin doesn't mean he plays an inferior role in the marvel universe as a whole.

Not anymore. I was thinking making like kingdoms/organizations with resources, but it became to contrive and uneven for my taste.
