Can the original King Thor take on the Cosmic version? Fight is where Odin fought Seth.
Vs.
@professorrespect: What about his only having some of the Odinforce while standard King Thor has all of it?

That was a limitation that he used to have, but if we are taking the OP literally, he's still beating up Galactus and Black Winter. King Thor maybe had more versatility but his feats are nowhere near as good.
The only way King Thor takes this is by pure scaling. He had the full Odinforce but he wasn't written on the level of power Odin usually has.
There's an interview with Jurgens where he stated that he didn't think Thor would be able to recostruct the entire Moon with the Odinforce, which shows the kind of power he was going for in his writing. His version of the Odinforce just isn't that impressive.

That's silly because Jurgens himself wrote him doing exactly this while gimped
When the going gets tough, it is Thor who reigns as king; it is Reigning King Thor who claims victory!

It wasn't in an interview, it was in the literal comic.
In the interview Jurgens said that Odin is planet level or below.

My bad, I was misremebering. But that just further proves the point.
Cosmic Thor has the better feats and I feel he was written around more powerful stories and intention.
