We have yet to see Nereus above water. Underwater he would smash Loki.

I'd wait before choosing since water makes a huge difference in combat performance and we have not seen the king fight above land yet. Both should be able to harm each other badly with weapons, but we've only seen Loki compete with skilled fighters out of water.

Loki out of water as he'd prolly drown, if he was given gills still loki. Out of water he wins.

Again this if course non jobbing loki.

King Nereus is played by Dolph Lundgren, who played Ivan Drago in Rocky 4. In the training montage of Rocky in Russia he reaches the top of the mountain and starts yelling DRAGOO!!!
