King Hyperion vs. Lyra and The Femizons

The Grandmasters of two realities (Earth-4023 and Earth-8009) have made a bet with one another that will decide which one of them gets to keep The Green Lantern Power Ring that accidentally fell into The Marvel Multiverse. In order to decide the bet The Grandmasters approach King Hyperion, the sole survivor of Earth-4023's demise, and offer him a new world to conquer.

King Hyperion eagerly agrees and is teleported to the heart of Earth-8009 where he immediately finds himself embroiled in a conflict with Lyra (the daughter of The Hulk and Thundra) and every Femizon capable of reaching him.

Can the mighty warriors of Femizona take down the last survivor of Earth-4023 before it is too later or will Femizonia bow to King Hyperion like so many other worlds have? And remember The Femizons have weapons...not just swords but guns...BIG GUNS. Laser Cannons and all that jazz. Though I don't know what effect they'd have on King Hyperion. Anyways...WHO WINS?!
