We havent seen enough out of Shinki to know his full capabilities. But he certainly has promise. Gaara ragdolled Kimi the entire fight until Kimi used his full CM power. And Gaara still beat him. So if Shinki is stronger than Part 1 Gaara (which is a long shot) then he can take it.
