From my knowledge on both series, stops at 7 or clears.

If he can take out Muscular fast enough he gets to Overhaul. Dont really see him beating overhaul though, but a "head blitz" shouldn't be far off the table, but I'm not sure where I would put Godspeed vs/compared to 20% cowl.

Maybe 4, hard stop at 5.

Stops at 6 Killua is faster than the entire verse but Noumu is to durable for killua. OH gets blizted by killua, if deku can evade his strikes and dance around him you would have to be a fool to say Killua can't

He's not clearing that's for sure.

Stops at 5, he has no way of beating 6 and he isn't doing shit to AFO.

@dormanthaze: Yeah but like this is Final Form big Overhual which absorbs people’s energy making them weaker and at least in the manga he could take a good amount of 100% punches before being put down and I don’t think he has enough power of 100%.
