Kratos is stronger and more durable. He's slower in general but probably faster with the boots of hermes. Kratos should win pretty handily tbh
Speed is debatable but he wouldn't get blitzed, as he fought Zeus. But Kratos massively exceeds him in strength and durability, and would obliterate him in a fight.
