I say the Hyuuga's if Neji does hit both of them with the 64 palm and stops them from using their chakra Shinos bugs will still swam the two, but with the heavenly spin and Hinata's defense move that just like the heavenly spin they sould be able to pull out the win

it's already been tried on neji... team 2 can focus chakra into their blind spot creating like a motion senser is anything comes to close to that spot.
It would end up as a fight between them, and Neji's rotations would probably eliminate any bugs from reaching him, but since Shino's a badass strategist, I dont know what to say. Willing to toss it up for both of them
