+ Kenshiro can use some OP techniques, like the Soryu Tenra, which summon a goddess that willt ake them in a different dimension where ki and magic cannot be used and therefore nappa won't be able to amp himself with his ki.

Or the Muso tensei, which allows him to become intangible.

Also, kenshiro is supposed to be stronger and faster than his uncle, who can do DBZ Cell saga stuff:

PIccolo moon busting feat is an outlier since he was impressed with much less impressive feats, such as:

@cramem: Raditz have dogde Picolo ki blast at close which are fast enough to hit the moon in 7 sec making the attack over 500 times the speed of lighting. Nappa reaction speed is equal if not great so he should have no issue with Ken's speed.
