This is a stalemate.

Midnighter sees every way he could possibly beat Karnak and Karnak sees every flaw in every move Midnighter makes.

I guess that means the winner will be decided by physical stats. Who is stronger, faster, and more durable?

It's hard to tell really both are superhuman in all aspects but it's hard to judge Karnak's strength when he has the skill to destroy everything with one touch no matter what it is.

Are you saying he could take down the Hulk?

It could be possible. He shattered a Hulk proof glass cage built by tony stark with one touch.

Karnak is underrated but I don't see him beating Midnighter.

He found the weakest point in his body (the center of his chest) and struck it as hard as he could. It did nothing and Hulk slapped him away.

But Midnighter ain't the Hulk. He's a total badass, but if Karnak gets even one good shot, it's over.

After reading through Ellis's Karnak, I'm gonna go with him. They have similar stats but Karnak seemed to have more skill and his flaw detection is arguably more efficient than the battle computer.
