Hellboy is a little weird because he looks like a street level guy or thereabouts but lore wise he's fought mythical level threats who have control over creation and fate. It's a lot like the very contentious Kratos debate except far fewer people care about Hellboy.

Personally I would put him in the same conversation as someone like Spawn since I just don't see a way around his lore so I do think he folds Kakuzu and probably the entire Akatsuki but regardless he can't die here and has prep so he wins either way.
