Kakashi is also a good ninja. He knows water weighs down sand so it's fair to say he could even figure out the water weakness too.

Crocoboy wins especially if this he is from Marineford as he tanked attacks from Jozu and clashed with Doffy and Hawk

Lightning shouldn't work as Crocoboy didn't solidify when he attacked Akainu
