I'm not a fan of Naruto, at all. But by Sorin's showings, Kakashi should stomp him. Sorin was caught off guard by Nahiri, he was literally stomped by two regular giants in "In the Teeth of Akoum", and is generally unimpressive. Specially for the hype that surrounds him. His only decent showing was taking down an altered Avacyn... Who in that state has absolutely no feats.

No M:tG knowledge...

Kakashi is far too fast for Sorin to ever hit. You'd need to equalize speed before a fight could even happen.
