Kaine vs Bane

SCENARIO ONE:
Both have had a Week Prep,Bane has Venom,Fight in Gotham City
SCENARIO TWO:
Powerless H2H Combat in a Dojo
SCENARIO THREE:
Also in a Dojo.Bane has Venom,Kaine has his strength and agility.Both can select any Martial Arts Weapon of their choice,also both know who they are fighting.

Garrison Kaine? Isn't he suppose to be like class 20 or something? 

I'm assume this is Spidey clone Kaine?  
1.  Kaine wins.  Massive overkill.   He's at least as smart as Bane, and has some crazy prep feats of his own, so prep = nada, and Kaine has exponentially greater strength, speed, durability, etc...
2.  Kaine's h2h is nowhere near Bane, so without powers he loses.
3.  Powers on.  Kaine again, murders Bane.  Bane is only slightly superhuman with venom.  He's just a few tons.  Kaine is stronger than Spidey at his strongest.  He's around 35 ton IIRC.  He also has 15 time greater speed/ reaction time than Bane.  Durability to easily tank punches from multiple foes who could all literally pulp Bane in a single finger flick.  This isn't even a little fair.

This is really an unfair fight IMO (except for the 2nd scenario). Kaine, Bane, Kaine.

his recent showings are poor. All that stuff you listed happened 20 years ago

I assume he means the Spider-Man character (Kane), and not the Deadpool one (Kaine).  That said, Bane is absolutely outclassed here. 

All of his poor/recent showings were under one writer/stroy arc, not to mention his good showings vastly outweigh the poor ones.

If it's the clone Kane (Mark of Kane) then he stomps all round.

Kaine has taken on Spider-Man, Ben Reilly,  and Spidercide at the same time and held his own, too. Bane gets curbstomped.

Uhhh..Round two he is powerless,and round one Bane has a good amount of PRep.You people seem to just hate bane.

@Nice_Mister_Manderson: I didn't see powerless.  That's the only scenario Bane can win.  And you saying I hate Bane is too hilarious.

When Bane is amped on venom he is just barely super human so I don't understand why people keep putting him in battles against people with a huge power advantage.
