IIRC Aizen couldn’t sense his reiatsu not because Ichigo another level higher like what Aizen thought but he actually had no reiatsu. Everything was converted into physical strength.
If you think that why did you even make the battle?
Rukia has never been a speedy person. Even if you scale her to moderate shinigami levels, thats not going to ever blitz Kaguya.
Thats not even accounting for how, or why, Rukia would have a seal on the level of Moon Seal. Even the high end shinigami seals arent on that level, so much so that it took thousands of them to seal SK Ywach in the book, after he was dead, and it still didnt really "seal" his power.
@ichigodgo: For the love of God, stop making threads if you already have a victor in mind, you cannot make such battles. If you make battles, you should have a slight knowledge about how close the fighters you choose are in power in order to avoid making a mismatch. Once you make a battle you can't argue with anyone about who would win and why.

All Kaguya's attacks get frozen and bfr attemp to another dimension only results in Rukia breaking through the dimensional fabric. This is honestly a mismatch and Rukia's soul power is far too high for Kaguya to tank anything.

Honestly using shikai Rukia is already wanking Kaguya and on top of that, Bleach characters at the SS arc lieutenant level and above cannot be blitzed by Naruto characters and only some type of precog would be needed to not get blitzed since speed is not the main factor.
Where soul power is concerned, Rukia in base/shikai would be above every version of Ichigo up to FB shikai or a little higher which means it's so high that the level of pure physical power she can overwhelm by accessing her own power is inconceivable. Simply put, Madara's PS has very impressive destructive power, but isn't nearly powerful enough to cross blades equally with base Rukia
