Although Ka-zar is almost peak human in many of his physical attributes and an exceptional fighter (using combat techniques that resemble animal fighting styles), Kraven has superhuman strength, movement and reflex speed, agility and enahanced human durability (to physical blows). Added to this he is very well versed in fighting animals hand to hand which weakens Ka-zar''s fighting style benefits. Kraven wins.
