Depends how well Ichibe's hax work on him and if Obito decides to go for the kill right away or not. I'll say Obito wins, but if he gets cocky Ichibe has a chance by reducing Obito's power and controlling his TSB since they are black.

what do you expect when gai literally almost killed madara with the 8th gates with physical feats much weaker than ichibei.

Kind of hard to tell, I mean normal Obito can easily go through anything yet he didn't as a jinchuuriki and Ichibe's abilities ignore durability. Either way, Obito wins.

OT. Ichibei is 5 digit mach speeds with extreme shunpo proficiency I doubt any tsb or tbb is tagging him. With that said he was able to tag yhwach with ink and his 1000ri smash, yhwach reacted to mimihagi who is relevistic or at least sub rel. I say ichibei takes this.

@jatom22: But it would be vague to say that Obito lost his kamui ability seeing that when Madara became a Jinchuuriki, it made his Limbo stronger. Also Obito is easily Sub Relativistic or even higher seeing that he was able to take on Kakashi who at a young age was able to split a lightning bolt in half before it could strike the ground with his Chidori and an older Kakashi is way faster than that.

Now see how much faster Kakashi got as an adult and Base Obito was fighting evenly against him, then put on the Juubi power up upon that and you have an Obito who is around Relativistic speeds. Remember, at times to know how powerful is, you have to also look at statements and Kakashi’s was proven even in the data books.

@ranaprogamer: how do you know kakashi didn't just stick his lightning blade in the air during a storm, the lightning was attracted and split on the blade that way. This would not make his travel speed lightning but his reactions.

Also, the Lightning Blade is not hit using a blade, its his own hand covered with an aura of lightning, so to say that the Lightning Blade is an actual blade and his blade attracts the lightning, is not correct. Another proof is that it was stated that Kakashi ran up a hill and cut the lightning bolt before it struck the ground.

If you want me to scale him off other characters, then Guy was stated in the data books to be sub relativistic, who is comparable to Kakashi and Base Obito fought evenly with this Kakashi and then put on the Juubi powerup and he would easily be near Sub Relativistic+ to Relativistic.

@ranaprogamer: we never saw the scene on how Kakashi cut the lightning bolt so it's a little hazy of a feat. we also don't how much faster, if at all, his adult self is compared to his younger self. you also can't scale obito off of him since Kakashi is faster then obito

either way in anycase no version of obito has shown anything close to relativistic only guy has shown that feat

Now I agree that guy “could” be subrelativistic, but no one else in the series comes close. Gai was actually able to jump on air and do weird stuff because of his speed. I’m pretty sure that if there were any characters faster than him, Kishimoto would have shown this by making them replicate some of guy’s feats at least once. But that never happened

Also, ichigo and grimmjow must also be subrelativistic by using gai bending space. So what does that then make ichibe?

Honestly, when dealing with god tiers like this, it’s always better to equalize their speed. Now we’ll have both sides pulling numbers out of their asses and making claims like ftl or whatever. I might as well say that ichibe’s relativistic too based on the 300 ri feat. But I won’t cuz that just sounds like too much wank to me.

Their both incredibly fast, but that’s all we can say with certainty.
