It’s killing the user for 2 things, fusing energies (chakra) and using that energy to eliminate other energies.
It worked on someone on deaths door but he would kill himself from hitting a baby while the child loses only a couple weeks of its life.
But for the energy proportion/life energy to be deleted (chakra) naruto needs an even amount, or else he would’ve one shot jigen (but he was getting tired from a dude who only absorbed a little of the ten tails chakra).
The fight would go;
BM starts punching obito
BM dies after hitting an energy that he can’t eliminate and either kurama dies to save him or both.
Now it’s dead naruto or base mode naruto.
A simple ten tails bijuu bomb would be enough to kill him (he struggled to contain a 8 tails like explosion and got knocked out).
Baryon Mode stomps. Even Bijuu Sage Mode Naruto eventually managed to sense Juubito and react to him. Baryon is tiers above that. Time limit is irrelevant when he's superior in every other category to the point that be could finish him before it runs out.

So your telling me that visually all of narutos attacks were night guy level and above (ignoring the skill diffrence) and ignoring how they stressed it to be a "peaceful" blow-to-blow fight so that naruto wouldnt waste his chakra?

Naruto throughout the entirety of Shippuden only had 50% of Kurama. Because Minato had sealed the other half of Kurama inside him. I'm pretty sure there was no point during The War. Where he actually had 100% of Kurama as the other 50% was always sealed.
