Batman and WWH are just as dangerous as each other with prep, however physically I’d back Team Marvel, especially since blitzing has been restricted IMO.
Team 2. Batman would need access to EVERY RESOURCE HE HAS HAD to even begin to do anything with that prep. Here, his prep is about as useful as Moon Knight's. Moon Knight will, also, in most cases, beat Batman as per his superhuman strength. Thor murders WW and then Superman gets triple-teamed, or double teamed, depending on if, and how quickly, he can take Hulk.
Edit: I just saw blitzing is restricted. Yeah, Marvel team stomps. Blitzing on at least makes the fight somewhat fair.
Team marvel. 15 minutes isn't enough to do much even for Batman. Thor or WWH>>Diana. Clark is in for some trouble with either. Infact with speed blitz out, Thor would take him down period..WWh arguably could too

but for real batman oneshots moon knight then coaches superman and wonder woman to a win
Both Thor and WWH are capable of taking down WW without much trouble under these conditions, and both are also capable of holding their own against a bloodlusted Superman.
Either Thor or Hulk beats up WW, then they take Superman down.
Yeah still team two. If this was classic hulk Diana would do fine or grey, Mystro, Professor Hulk, Red hulk Diana would beat these but WWH would say still win or keep occupied while Thor equals out Clark, eventually two on one Team Marvel
Marvel Team. Batman beats Moon Knight, but honestly that fight is worthless in the grand scheme of things and they'll probably die of the shockwaves from Hulk and Superman rushing at each other before even thinking to engage in combat.
Wonder Woman falls first, then Clark gets dogpiled.
