The Question???
I don't think you meant the character to be that weak. I will give him a fair fight and let Batman deal with the Question. Batman has superior gadgets and fighting skills and should defeat Question in a minute or so.
Martian Manhunter is basically a Superman but with intangibility, so he'll beat Wonder Woman because Wonder Woman isn't even as strong as Superman. She doesn't have a counter to the intangibility, and MM has shape-shifting.
Flash should be able to speed blitz Cyborg, and even if that's not allowed, he's fast enough to dodge all of Cyborg's attacks, then rapidly attack him. Cyborg would be defeated in a matter of minutes.
If MM can't handle Wonder Woman, Batman and Wally will help overpower her.
