These are likely the matchups that will occur (I put SS vs Alan instead of Quasar vs Alan cause Alan and SS are their team’s respective powerhouses).
Superman vs Gladiator. Winner: Superman (better in all areas).
Wonder Woman vs Thor. Winner: Thor (better damage output).
Alan Scott vs Silver Surfer. Tie or Surfer (their fight would likely last much longer than the other fights, Surfer is more versatile than Alan though which would help him get the win).
Black Adam vs Red Hulk. Winner: Black Adam (faster, can fly and likely just as strong).
Jay Grrick vs Monica Rambeau. Winner: Monica (From What I know of Monica, she is just as fast as Jay but with extra powers).
Power Girl vs Quasar. Winner: Quasar (PG won’t be able to bypass his shields, Quasar cannprobably drain the sunlight energy out of her too).
That leaves Superman and Adam against Thor, Quasar or Monica. Supes can likely take Thor 1v1 and Adam can likely take Monica 1v1, but since Quasar is there to support them both I doubt Adam or Supes can take either of them out. Meaning team Marvel wins.
Even in a team vs team scenario I don’t see DC edging team Marvel out, seeing as how 5 out of 6 of them are physical fighters, making them way less versatile and way less able to take on multiple opponents at once. Not only that but their most powerful fighter (Alan) can be drained by Surfer, Quasar and probably Monica.
