Unless Your suggesting Muto can steal Val's martial arts ability Val is going to end up blitzing and knocking him out before he can do anything
No I meant that Junzo has the ability to manipulate air, fire, earth, and water as well as teleportation. He is also superior to IF in speed by quite a bit.

Karate Kid would beat Junzo Muto from a H2H combat perspective easy... but those Chi Powers that Muto have may cause a few issues... but keep in mind that Karate Kid has fought Kryptonians in the past... so he may still prevail under those conditions too
