@taiwalcott: Only way Minato survives getting hit by time magic is if he starts off in edo as an immortal, but even then he probably can't tag Julius due to him being way faster his only hope of tagging him is maybe a large AoE attack from KCM avatar.
Minato unless we're saying it's in the city where Julius has his shit setup. Doesn't matter if Julius could one shot. Minato can literally do the exact same thing and is much much faster.
one can see the future one can telepo faster the light this should be pretty clear even if minato had kurama cloak he could still win because of the fact he knows minatos next move
