Juggernaut Vs Nuke In Mouth

The contest is this. Juggernaut's friends made a $100,000 bet that Juggernaut can take a detonating Nuke in the mouth.

Stark watches and bets them all $1,000,000 for Juggernaut to swallow the nukes and detonate them in his stomach.

What would you think would happen? Would the Nukes win or would Juggernaut?
