Joseph & Magneto Vs Thor

They will be fighting in an abandoned city. Magneto is amped trying to turn the world backwards using the Earth magnetic fields to alter. Joseph is look out on guard. The Avengers come in and Joseph easily gets rid of them. Then Thor comes in. Can Thor stop Magneto and Joseph?

Thor with OF? No. While Magneto has shown the ability to control Thor hammer on a limited scale (deflecting it, sending it back to it's owner, etc.) , he and Joseph have no defense against magic.

The magic is not the problem, because there are two of these magnetic masters on the battle field. Thors magic is not like Doom's nor is it like Strange's. His magic is 1 dimensional, meaning it travels in 1 direction at a time. The forcefields may be almost useless against the magic, but they can still dodge it. And remember, there are two. The amplified magneto and the significantly more powerful Joseph.

Thor needs to use his speed and strength and will power to defeat these guys. And I know Thor has a powerful fighting spirit.

If you say by magic via lighting I don't think it's going to effect Magneto much.

That's what I don't know. Thor's powers does incuded and thus mainly generate electricity. He is the Thunder God after all. So I'm not to shabby on that there. Yes, Magnetism is related to electricity. Magneto has defended against himself against Thor's lighting and hammer before, but was it "Magical Lighting"?

That.. I don't know...

Thor's magic is 1 dimensional though.

brain attack, while other goes for a heart attack they can pull a win, use magnetic power to remove hammer when thrown to make it easier, keep him unbalance dont let him think or they are screwed if he summons his magic

Thor is not a magic user. He is not like Dr. Strange. His magic is 1 dimensional just like Juggernaut except with some differences. Can Thor pull a rabbit out of his hat? Can Thor make it rain? I wish I can show you scan right now, where Spiderman is asking Thor to make it rain, and Thor is like "Art thou MAD!!!? Thy CAN NOT!!"
